Grant has been involved in the property industry since 1986 and qualified as a valuer in 1989. His experience is diverse and involves all property types including major office buildings, shopping centres, industrial estates and specialised properties such as ski fields, oil refineries, telecommunications facilities and privatised infrastructure.
Grant's expertise in statutory valuations throughout Australia is highly sought after by property trusts, corporations, superannuation funds and private individuals. He regularly provides expert evidence to a number of Courts and Tribunals around Australia.

Pia commenced employment with the company in 2006.
Pia reviews and advises on statutory assessments that are used to levy Council Rates and Land Tax Notices throughout Australia.
She has had extensive valuation experience in commercial office assets in the Melbourne,
Sydney and Brisbane CBD together with working on large scale industrial assets and shopping centres for some of the largest institutional clients in Australia.
Pia also provides statutory outgoing estimates for budgeting purposes across the portfolio of a number of listed and unlisted trusts.
She also provides outgoing advice to assist in the acquisition and disposal of larger assets on behalf of vendors and purchasers.
