Advice to clients has been provided at conferences to negotiate settlements for various purposes as well as appearing as an expert witness when required in the Land, Land Appeal and Family Courts, as well as the Mineral Resources Tribunal. The group is available to provide advice and valuation evidence in support of land owner's claims for compensation within the rural, mining, petroleum and gas industries.
The team has also provided consultancy advice on opportunities within the rural sector including industrial uses to corporate entities. Strong agricultural and provincial backgrounds enhance the abilities of team members to service a broad range of clients.

Jeff is nearing 35 years experience in property Valuation and Consultancy for varied purposes including finance; purchase and/or sale; property settlement; financial reporting; succession planning; capital gains tax; self managed superannuation funds and estate settlements.
His clientele includes a range of financial institutions, government departments, solicitors, public and/or private companies and individuals.
Jeff has experience throughout both the urban and rural districts of South Australia, with assignments including commercial, retail and industrial holdings
together with rural, residential, rural living, seniors living, institutional and special use property throughout a broad range of market sectors.
