Andrew has over 19 years experience in property advisory and valuation including 15 years as a qualified valuer.
Andrew's experience is extensive across a range of major investment asset classes including commercial, retail and industrial in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia. Andrew regularly undertakes valuation assignments of major CBD and suburban office buildings, sub regional shopping centres and large scale industrial properties.

Ross has been involved in the property industry since 1983, having gained experience across all market sectors in Queensland and Sydney. Prior to joining m3property he was part of a boutique consultancy group providing valuation, feasibility, investment analysis and due diligence services to a variety of developers, trusts, banks and investors within South-East Queensland and Victoria.
Ross previously worked for a private investment trust, where his role was to put together a portfolio of investment properties including commercial buildings in NSW and QLD.
While serving as the Managing Director and an Executive Director on the board of a listed property valuation company, Ross experienced the corporate governance and capital raising aspects of the company's IPO. During the 10 years he was Managing State Director of the Queensland division of the company, he focused on office and industrial precincts.
Ross is also experienced in valuing self storage facilities throughout Australia, service stations, child care centres, accommodation, hotels, marinas, golf courses and retail properties.

Gary has over thirty years experience in valuation assignments in respect of commercial properties.
Gary primarily undertakes valuations of investment properties, particularly CBD commercial buildings,major industrial and infrastructure properties. Hehas specific industry knowledge in major industrial, investment and portfolio valuations and coordination. Gary also has specialist national valuation experience of international and domestic airports, port terminals and and car park investment properties.
Gary works extensively with Asset Managers, CFOs, Executive Directors and other Directors of his client who value his commitment to and focus on professional outcomes they seek.
Gary is a fellow of both the Australian Property Institute and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Australian Property Institute Professional Board.

Neil has over two decades of experience across a broad range of asset types within the commercial and industrial property sector.
His valuation experience has been drawn from both the private and public sector including the Valuer General, banking industry and 15 years in private practice.
Neil currently provides valuation advice on major commercial and industrial assets, and has provided strategic advice in respect to the development of a
range of englobo land holdings, general consultancy advice including rent determinations and feasibility assessments.
Neil also specialises in residential and commercial ?Rent Roll? valuations in South Australia and North
Territory.
