Mitchell has worked in the valuation industry since 2002. He has a broad range of experience across a variety of property sectors in Queensland and specialises in the industrial property market. He regularly undertakes valuation assignments of major industrial properties as well as major industrial developments. Mitchell looks after the needs of a broad range of clients including private investors, local and national developers, financial institutions, syndicators and AREITs.
Mitchell has also had extensive experience in noxious and hazardous facilities, research and laboratory facilities, campus style business parks, leasehold properties, service stations and self storage facilities. He is a member of the Self Storage Association of Australia.

Gary has over thirty years experience in valuation assignments in respect of commercial properties.
Gary primarily undertakes valuations of investment properties, particularly CBD commercial buildings,major industrial and infrastructure properties. Hehas specific industry knowledge in major industrial, investment and portfolio valuations and coordination. Gary also has specialist national valuation experience of international and domestic airports, port terminals and and car park investment properties.
Gary works extensively with Asset Managers, CFOs, Executive Directors and other Directors of his client who value his commitment to and focus on professional outcomes they seek.
Gary is a fellow of both the Australian Property Institute and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Australian Property Institute Professional Board.

range of englobo land holdings, general consultancy advice including rent determinations and feasibility assessments.
Neil also specialises in residential and commercial ?Rent Roll? valuations in South Australia and North
Territory.
