In particular, Luana specialises in advising on residential land subdivisions and unit/apartment developments across Melbourne.

In addition Luana has undertaken compensation assessments and provided strategic advice in respect of statutory assessments for a range of residential land holdings.

Kym has been working as a Property Valuer
since 1980 and has had extensive experience in all areas of residential, commercial, retail,industrial and investment property principally within the City of Adelaide, metropolitan area and major regional centres.
He has undertaken valuation assessments of specialised commercial and industrial properties,
rental determinations, portfolio assessments, prestige residential holdings, residential and/or mixed use development projects and more recently has
undertaken on advisory/consulting roles in a number of major development projects.
Kym has also taken an active role with the Australia
Property Institute (API) and is a past President of the SA Division having previously acted in most senior positions within the API. His service was recognised
in 2011 when a Life Membership of the Institute was granted.

Blake has been involved in the Western Australian property sector since 1989, including 10 years with Knight Frank. Blake focuses on valuation and financial modelling for residential and industrial land development projects. Other
areas of specialisation include tourism, vineyard and hotel valuations.
Blake has extensive experience in valuation for compensation matters consulting to major land developers in the Perth metropolitan area and regional locations.
The establishment of a valuation office in the southwest of Western Australia in the 1990s provided Blake with extensive local knowledge and he continues to provide valuation consultancy services for all property categories in the region.
Blake also specialises in north-west resource sector
property valuation and consultancy providing professional advice for land development projects and mining sector accommodation operators.
