Ross has been involved in the property industry since 1983, having gained experience across all market sectors in Queensland and Sydney. Prior to joining m3property he was part of a boutique consultancy group providing valuation, feasibility, investment analysis and due diligence services to a variety of developers, trusts, banks and investors within South-East Queensland and Victoria.
Ross previously worked for a private investment trust, where his role was to put together a portfolio of investment properties including commercial buildings in NSW and QLD.
While serving as the Managing Director and an Executive Director on the board of a listed property valuation company, Ross experienced the corporate governance and capital raising aspects of the company's IPO. During the 10 years he was Managing State Director of the Queensland division of the company, he focused on office and industrial precincts.
Ross is also experienced in valuing self storage facilities throughout Australia, service stations, child care centres, accommodation, hotels, marinas, golf courses and retail properties.

Kym has been working as a Property Valuer
since 1980 and has had extensive experience in all areas of residential, commercial, retail,industrial and investment property principally within the City of Adelaide, metropolitan area and major regional centres.
He has undertaken valuation assessments of specialised commercial and industrial properties,
rental determinations, portfolio assessments, prestige residential holdings, residential and/or mixed use development projects and more recently has
undertaken on advisory/consulting roles in a number of major development projects.
Kym has also taken an active role with the Australia
Property Institute (API) and is a past President of the SA Division having previously acted in most senior positions within the API. His service was recognised
in 2011 when a Life Membership of the Institute was granted.

Simon has been working as a Property Valuer since 1980 with extensive experience in all areas of major commercial investment assets including Health and Aged Care, principally within the City of Adelaide, metropolitan area and major regional centres.
He has undertaken property valuations and feasibility assignments for a wide range of major CBD office buildings, all forms of retail property up to regional shopping centre level, manufacturing facilities, subdivisional land and specialist properties including DMF interests for retirement villages and the going concern of residential aged care facilities.
Clients include all major banks and financiers, institutions, property trusts, syndicates, corporate, not for profit groups and private investors.
Simon has also taken an active role with the Australia Property Institute (API).

areas of specialisation include tourism, vineyard and hotel valuations.
Blake has extensive experience in valuation for compensation matters consulting to major land developers in the Perth metropolitan area and regional locations.
The establishment of a valuation office in the southwest of Western Australia in the 1990s provided Blake with extensive local knowledge and he continues to provide valuation consultancy services for all property categories in the region.
Blake also specialises in north-west resource sector
property valuation and consultancy providing professional advice for land development projects and mining sector accommodation operators.
