Les has worked in most asset categories since commencing his career with the Valuer General's Office in 1977.
He has specialised in compulsory acquisition, rating appeals, litigation and rental determinations. This work involves many unusual and specialised properties throughout Victoria with a special emphasis on englobo land.
This work involves attendance at valuation conferences, mediations and providing expert evidence at the VCAT, County Court, Supreme Court and Federal Court.

Ross has been involved in the property industry since 1983, having gained experience across all market sectors in Queensland and Sydney. Prior to joining m3property he was part of a boutique consultancy group providing valuation, feasibility, investment analysis and due diligence services to a variety of developers, trusts, banks and investors within South-East Queensland and Victoria.
Ross previously worked for a private investment trust, where his role was to put together a portfolio of investment properties including commercial buildings in NSW and QLD.
While serving as the Managing Director and an Executive Director on the board of a listed property valuation company, Ross experienced the corporate governance and capital raising aspects of the company's IPO. During the 10 years he was Managing State Director of the Queensland division of the company, he focused on office and industrial precincts.
Ross is also experienced in valuing self storage facilities throughout Australia, service stations, child care centres, accommodation, hotels, marinas, golf courses and retail properties.

Kym has been working as a Property Valuer
since 1980 and has had extensive experience in all areas of residential, commercial, retail,industrial and investment property principally within the City of Adelaide, metropolitan area and major regional centres.
He has undertaken valuation assessments of specialised commercial and industrial properties,
rental determinations, portfolio assessments, prestige residential holdings, residential and/or mixed use development projects and more recently has
undertaken on advisory/consulting roles in a number of major development projects.
Kym has also taken an active role with the Australia
Property Institute (API) and is a past President of the SA Division having previously acted in most senior positions within the API. His service was recognised
in 2011 when a Life Membership of the Institute was granted.

Gavin has been involved in the property industry since 1982 and qualified as a valuer in 1984. He has diverse experience in most property types including office, industrial, retail and residential developments, but also specialises
in residential and industrial land subdivisions, and child care facilities.
Gavin has extensive experience in consulting to major institutions and developers in the public and private sectors. He provides a range of services to those clients including asset and finance valuations as well as strategic acquisition, management and disposal advice for individual assets and portfolios.
