The Role
We are seeking a Valuer to join us in our Industrial team in Melbourne. The team has experience in dealing with all classes of industrial property providing services to Australia’s largest property organisations. It is an exciting opportunity to be involved our ever-growing national presence in the Australian market.
What will you do?
      • Provide valuations and advice across our Institutional, Financial, Corporate, and private clients.
      • Conduct valuations, research, inspections, reporting and consulting with clients.
      • Produce high quality, accurate reports in valuation modelling and report writing.
      • Contribute to building and improving client relationships through ongoing communications on valuations and other professional matters.
      • Work with valuation teams and Directors to achieve business outcomes.
      • Provide guidance and support to Valuation Analysts as required.
About you
      • You will be an API member, CPV certified with experience in industrial valuations or in a similar sector.
      • Bring your strong property industry, analytical and people focused mindset to work in a collaborative team environment.
      • Be results orientated with excellent communication, relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
      • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in valuation modelling.
      • Experience with Forbury or Estate Master.
      • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
      • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
      • Self-motivated, positive attitude and professional manner.
