Amita is the National Director of Research, Marketing & Strategy.
She is responsible for the preparation of company research publications across all property markets in Victoria and provides independent advisory and research for a wide range of external clients. She is also responsible to develop and implement marketing and external branding materials to enhance the m3property business strategy.
Amita possesses over 20 years’ experience in property research and consultancy specialising in retail, office, industrial and residential property markets. Particular areas of expertise include exceptional deep-dive data analysis skills with immense ability to “slice-dice” data to allow for the creation of strategies and subsequent meaningful representation to internal and external clients.
Amita is highly adept in interpreting, compiling and presenting detailed analysis reports to leadership teams and working on various complex databases and reporting systems.
Amita commenced employment with m3property after working with Future Food and Colliers International, where she had gained the experience of working on numerous research and consultancy assignments covering the complete life cycle of varied real estate projects. Amita has worked on various national and international projects in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Korea, Europe and India.
Amita commenced employment with m3property in July 2017.
