Brian is an Associate Director within the Residential Development Team. He provides valuation, feasibility studies and consultancy advice primarily for residential projects including land subdivisions, mixed use development, apartment and townhouse projects.

He also has experience in providing valuations for master planned communities and proposed school sites in the Melbourne growth corridors and major regional cities in Victoria.

Brian has been involved in valuations for various purposes including construction funding, statutory assessments, litigation matters and advisory work for acquisitions and divestments.

Brian commenced employment with m3property Adelaide as a research assistant in 2015 prior to joining the Melbourne team in 2017.
