Craig is an Associate Director in Queensland working within the Special use team.

Craig’s role comprises valuing specialised assets, focusing on service stations, self-storage facilities and accommodation properties throughout Queensland and New South Wales. Typical assignments include valuations for asset reporting, mortgaging security (existing and development) and rental assessments.

Craig has over 15 years of property experience, firstly as an analyst and then in development roles and as a valuer in Queensland and more recently in New South Wales. Craig began valuing industrial, office and retail property covering the region between the Gold Coast and Gympie. The work was predominantly for mortgage purposes with the balance being family law, pre-purchase and pre-sale advisory, receivers (bankruptcy trustees), rental assessments and public sector clients.

Prior to joining m3property, Craig was valuing commercial properties in the Sydney metropolitan and regional New South Wales area, specialising in investment grade and going concern service stations, motels and accommodation properties, medical properties, englobo residential land and manufactured home estate sites.
