As Associate Director Damien provides valuation and consultancy advice across a wide range of specialised assets associated with the Health, Aged Care and Seniors Living sector across Queensland.

Prior to joining m3property, Damien held a Director level position with a large valuation and advisory firm in Far North Queensland complementing a diverse and extensive commercial valuation background with a broad repertoire of management experience. Damien has practised as a Valuer for more than 20 years and in that time has provided advice across all Queensland land tenures and asset classes such as commercial, industrial and residential both leasehold and freehold, native title, englobo, compulsory acquisition, going concerns, Lessee’s Interests, Lessor’s Interests and expert witness roles. His clients included large multinational organisations, indigenous land groups, both State and Federal governments and mortgagees. Damien also spent four years in Papua New Guinea undertaking mortgage security valuations of commercial property for ANZ, Westpac and Bank of South Pacific.

Damien joined the m3property team in February 2021.
