Darcy is a Valuer within the Litigation and Acquisition Team and is responsible for property valuation advice and consultancy work for various matters including compensation and litigation, loss on sale claims, rating and taxation, feasibility advice and valuations for sale and purchase.

Darcy has had experience advising Private and Government clients for properties in various asset classes including residential, commercial, retail and industrial in respect of compulsory acquisition matters, rating and taxation issues and valuations throughout metropolitan and
regional Victoria.

Darcy has worked on various projects including Melbourne Metro Rail Project, Level Crossing Removal Project and the West Gate Tunnel Project, as well as Rating and Taxation Appeals.

Darcy commenced employment with m3property in 2016 as the m3property Award recipient.
