David is Chief Executive Officer of the National M3 Property Group.
David has over twenty five years’ experience in leadership and executive management roles across a diverse range of industries including Professional Services, Engineering, Architecture, Sport/Entertainment and Manufacturing, servicing clients in markets such as Property, Education, Water, Power, Transportation, Mining/Coal Seam Gas, Infrastructure, Retail and Hospitality.
David has successfully transformed organisations through development and implementation of strategies associated with equity investment, organic growth, acquisition & integration, product development, restructuring, project management, operational excellence, safety, quality control and cultural change.
Key elements of David’s approach are the building of strong collaborative relationships, that combine with creation of a vision and strategy to increase engagement and excitement for the future, backed up by a focus on ensuring sustainable outcomes are achieved.
