Jeff has extensive experience in undertaking valuation and related consultancy assignments throughout the urban and rural districts of South Australia. These assignments include a broad range of property types including commercial, retail and industrial holdings together with rural, residential, rural living, seniors living,  Institutional and special use property.

He has also appeared as an expert witness in the Supreme Court of South Australia, Federal Circuit Court of Australia and Family Court of Australia.

His clientele includes a range of financial institutions, government departments, councils, institutions, solicitors, legal firms, public and/or private companies, retirement living providers and private investors.

Jeff has over 40 years’ experience in Property Valuation for varied purposes including finance, purchase and/or sale, property settlement, financial reporting, succession planning, estates, capital gains tax, rental determinations and self-managed superannuation funds.

Jeff retired as a Director of m3property in mid 2016 and is now a Consultant to the group working predominately from a satellite office in the Adelaide Hills township of Strathalbyn.
