John is the Director of Commercial and is responsible for valuation and consultancy tasks within the Sydney CBD and Metropolitan Markets.

John’s primary area of focus is institutional grade commercial real estate whilst typical assignments include valuations for asset reporting, mortgage security (existing and development), statutory valuations, rental assessments and determinations.

Since commencing his property career in 2006, John has gained experience in the valuation of real estate encompassing all asset classes with a specialisation in advising clients on assets which include Sydney CBD and metropolitan office buildings, City Centre retail shopping complexes and car parks.

John has recently returned to Australia after a secondment working in Asia (Hong Kong) as part of a Capital Transaction cross border investment platform.

John is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and an Associate of the Australian Property Institute.
