Josh is an Associate Director within the Commercial and Industrial valuations team.

His core responsibility is providing consultancy and valuation advice for major industrial properties typically for acquisition, financial reporting and mortgage security purposes (existing and development) throughout Victoria. As well as this, Josh is involved in providing advice for rental negotiations, municipal and land tax objections, stamp duty, GST and SMSF purposes.

Beginning his valuation career in the banking industry Josh spent three years with the National Australia Bank as a Lead Valuer where he was involved in the valuation of commercial property including retail, office and industrial properties.

Josh commenced employment with m3property in 2014.
