Lani is a Senior Valuer within the Residential Development Team and provides valuation advice in respect to a variety of medium density residential developments throughout metropolitan Adelaide, in addition to multi storey apartment developments within the Adelaide CBD and metropolitan area, for both mortgage and strategic advisory purposes.

Lani also undertakes prestige residential valuations for litigation, taxation, insurance and general consultancy purposes.

Lani joined m3property in early 2017 after spending 14 years with a large national valuation firm, managing a team of residential valuers across the metropolitan and regional areas of South Australia. Lani’s leadership role included staff mentoring and development.

Lani qualified as a Valuer in 2001 and was elevated to an Associate of the Australian Property Institute in 2006.
