Michael is an Associate Director within the Litigation and Acquisitions Team.
Michael is responsible for property valuation advice and consultancy work for an extensive array of matters such as compensation and litigation, feasibility advice, rental determinations, financial reporting and insurance valuations and valuations for sale and purchase.
He has extensive experience in advising Private and Governmental clients in respect of compulsory acquisition matters, rating and taxing issues, rental assessments and asset valuations throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria.
Prior to his commencement at m3property, Michael had extensive experience within the compensation and acquisition valuation fields as well as the project management and provision of valuation services to various local government authorities.
