Michael is an Associate Director in the m3property Adelaide office.
He is responsible for valuation and consulting tasks involving child care centres and early learning centre properties for asset and financial reporting, mortgage security (existing and development), rental assessments and determinations. Such advice includes freehold, leasehold and going concern interests. He also provides advice in respect of matters influencing property values including land tax and statutory valuation issues.
Michael has extensive valuation and consulting experience in all areas of residential, commercial, retail and industrial real estate including child care assets, CBD office buildings, motels/caravan park, portfolio valuations and rental valuations. Michael has over 25 years’ experience in the property sector incorporating roles with government, financial and corporate institutions which has given him a broad and diverse skill set.
Michael commenced his property career in 1988 at the Land Titles Office and nine years later moved to the Valuer General’s Office. Prior to joining m3property in 2008, Michael spent two years as Associate Director at CBRE Adelaide and seven years as a Senior Valuer and Valuation Manager with Adelaide Bank Ltd.
