Monique is Valuation Analyst within our NSW Retail Valuation and Consultancy Team and is involved in the valuation of major retail assets including regional, sub-regional, and neighbourhood shopping centres across Australia for major institutional clients, privates and financiers.

Prior to joining m3property, Monique worked as a Property Analyst for 3 years specialising in residential development and feasibility analysis whilst also completing her Bachelor of Property Economics at UTS.

Since commencing employment with m3property in January 2018, Monique has been admitted as a Provisional Member of the Australian Property Institute in 2018.
