Nicholas joined m3property in January 2016 as a Senior Valuer operating primarily within the retail and institutional property markets.

Nicholas has had broad exposure to the South Australian market with experience spanning research, valuation and consultancy in both metropolitan and regional areas.

Having acted for a variety of clients including private, financiers and corporate/institutional funds after achieving his Certified Practising Valuer status in 2014, Nicholas has primarily focused his practice in the retail and commercial sector with additional exposure in the healthcare and industrial market.
