Nicholas is an Associate Director operating primarily within the retail and institutional property markets.

Nicholas has had broad exposure to the South Australian market with experience spanning research, valuation and consultancy in both metropolitan and regional areas, of all major asset classes including retail, industrial, CBD office buildings and health care.

Having acted for a variety of clients including private, financiers and corporate/institutional funds after achieving his Certified Practising Valuer status in 2014, Nicholas has primarily focussed his practice in the commercial and retail markets, in particular large format, neighbourhood and sub-regional shopping centres assets, and medical centres.

As an Associate Director, Nicholas takes an active role in training and assisting the younger members of the m3property team develop their skills and knowledge base.
