Rachel is the Director responsible for the Advisory team in the Adelaide office, providing strategic valuation and property advisory services to clients including the State and local governments, corporate clients and not for profit organisations.

Rachel undertakes a diverse range of valuation tasks for compulsory acquisition, property disposal, rating and taxing appeal, expert evidence for litigation, family law, financial reporting and mortgage purposes.

She has broad experience across metropolitan and regional markets in SA, with her expertise focussed on residential, residential development, retirement living, lifestyle and regional commercial property, together with specialist expertise in South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula markets.

Rachel qualified as a valuer in 1990 and was elevated to a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute in 2016. She commenced with m3property in 2014 after past roles in national firms and as Managing Partner of a private valuation practice.
