Simon is a Valuer within our SA Major Assets team, specialising in the valuation of commercial and health and aged care property.

Simon’s responsibilities include collating and analysing sales and leasing evidence, undertaking property inspections and preparation of valuation advice and reports.

Since commencing employment with m3property in 2017, Simon has been admitted as an Associate Member of the Australia Property Institute and is a Certified Practising Valuer.
