Stephen is an Associate Director within M3 Property’s Sydney Retail team.
He has extensive experience across retail, commercial, industrial and residential asset classes, supported by more than three decades in the valuation industry.
Stephen has developed strong capability in statutory and non‑mortgage valuations, land value reviews, land tax objections, rental assessments and complex advisory work for both private and government clients across metropolitan and regional markets. Stephen’s career has equipped him with a deep understanding of legislative frameworks, valuation methodologies and market dynamics, enabling him to deliver clear, reliable advice and high‑quality outcomes for clients.
Stephen commenced employment with M3 Property in November 2025.
