Andrew DuguidChief Executive OfficerM3 Property has announced its 2025 promotions, with 25 employees nationally promoted into more senior positions.
The promotions include Jarrod Morgan to Managing Director, NSW; Jane Wyndham to Chief Growth & Client Experience Officer; and Daisy Chen and Ethan Purcell, who have been promoted to Directors, Residential Development, NSW and VIC respectively.
M3 Property Chief Executive Officer, Andrew Duguid, said, “Jarrod has over 15 years’ industry experience including a decade with M3 Property. Jarrod is an exceptional leader, driving best-in-class valuation standards and innovation in processes, with a sharp client focus, high retention and career progression seen across his team. I look forward to seeing continued growth for the NSW business with Jarrod at its helm.
“The newly created Chief Growth & Client Experience Officer role is a key leadership position responsible for delivering M3 Property’s marketing strategy, advancing strategic growth initiatives and enhancing the overall client experience. This includes overseeing national marketing and research, leading business development support, managing the company’s brand and ensuring operational consistency in client-facing processes and systems.
