Edward Hine joins M3 as Commercial Director NSW

M3 Property announces the appointed Edward Hine as Director of Commercial, NSW with a focus on Office Markets. With over 14 years’ industry experience in the real estate sector providing commercial and residential valuation advice, Edward has international experience in senior positions in firms in Australia and the UK including Savills, Eddisons and Sanderson Weatherall.

Edward is a Chartered Surveyor and API Certified Practising Valuer, MRICS Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with extensive management experience in the UK and Australia, most recently as Director, Operational Capital Markets at Savills in their Sydney office, with a focus on valuations within the living sectors.

Prior to this, Edward held a number of senior positions with leading firms in the UK including as Regional Director and Head of Leeds and North East Valuation at Eddisons. In this role he managed a team of surveyors and was responsible for revenue and service expansion. Edward also held valuations and surveyor roles at UK property consultancy firm Sanderson Weatherall and The CSG Group.
