M3 Property is excited to formally announce that Andrew Duguid has been appointed the new CEO following a nation-wide executive search.
With more than 30 years’ property industry experience, Andrew Duguid has been a Director with M3 Property for over 20 years and has most recently held the positions of Interim CEO, Managing Director NSW and National Sector Leader for Office.
Andrew’s in-depth knowledge of the organisation, his strategic outlook for the future, his focus on our people, client engagement and business development, together with continual improvement and innovation of our systems and processes, are all key attributes valued by our Board and the broader M3 Property team for the future growth of the company. As a national independent property valuation firm, M3 Property prides itself on providing exceptional service and specialised expertise to our valued clients.
Throughout his career, Andrew has developed broad experience across a range of disciplines and sectors, demonstrating an ability to manage several teams and create a high-performing culture. Andrew is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute and serves as a Sponsor for the Property Council of Australia’s 500 Women in Property, helping to increase gender equality in the property industry. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business (Property), Graduate Diploma Applied Finance & Investment and is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA).
