M3 Property expands national valuation services into Western Australia

We are pleased to announce that M3 Property is expanding its valuation services into Western Australia, appointing Luana Kenny as Managing Director, Western Australia from 1 November.

As part of M3 Property’s strategic growth plans, Luana will continue in her role as National Director, Residential Development for Australia. Ms Kenny has spent her 25-year property career with M3 Property and has held senior leadership roles including Managing Director, Victoria and Director of Residential Development, Victoria.

M3 Property CEO Andrew Duguid said the WA expansion would strengthen the firm’s national presence and support clients with assets across Australia.

“Luana’s appointment to lead our WA team is an important step in strengthening M3 Property’s national footprint and our ability to support clients with complex valuation and advisory requirements across Australia,” Mr Duguid said.

“Luana is a highly valued leader who brings more than two decades of experience with M3 Property, including as Managing Director, Victoria and National Director of Residential Development. She is well placed to lead the growth of our team and services within Perth and Western Australia across sectors including residential development, health, childcare, hotels and pubs, aged care and retirement, hospitals, office and industrial.

“Luana will lead M3 Property’s expansion into the Perth market while continuing in her role as National Director, Residential Development. She will maintain oversight of the national residential development business and ensure the continued delivery of high-quality service across Australia within this sector,” Mr Duguid said.

As part of the leadership transition, Shaun O’Sullivan, National Director Retail, will take on the role of Managing Director, Victoria. Shaun has been with M3 Property for 25 years, specialising in valuing and advising on investment-grade retail assets throughout Australia.

“I am pleased to announce the promotion of Shaun O’Sullivan as Managing Director, Victoria to continue leading and strengthening the Melbourne team. Shaun has a breadth of experience in advising institutional clients and private owners and is a well-respected industry leader for both our team and clients,” Mr Duguid said.

Ms Kenny qualified as a valuer and became an Associate of the Australian Property Institute in 2003 and is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute. She was appointed a director at M3 Property in July 2010, national director in 2017 and managing director for Victoria in November 2019. Her experience spans valuation and consultancy advice for residential developments, including high-rise apartments, townhouse projects, land subdivisions and master-planned estates. She has also advised on valuations for construction funding, acquisitions and disposals.
