Ying is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and joined M3 Property in 2022 as the Chief Financial Officer.
Comprehensive financial experience with a grounding from Chartered Accounting firms advising large private and small cap ASX listed companies. Ying is an all-rounded qualified senior finance executive with over 18 years of experience building and leading high performing teams and has held previous senior management roles across a variety of industries including property, professional services, fintech, and software-as-a-service sectors.
Ying’s core skills include all finance functions, multiple international and local stakeholder management, managing IPOs, group budgeting and cash flow analysis, business process improvements, post merger business integrations/divestments, corporate restructuring and ASX group reporting.
