Richard Ong joins M3 as Head of Property Risk & Compliance

Richard has more than 15 years’ experience in the industry in a range of roles focused on quality, quality assurance management and valuation, most recently as a Valuation Manager at NAB.

Richard is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute (API), a Certified Practising Valuer and he also contributes his time as a member of the NSW State Committee of the API. Prior to his role at NAB, Richard held senior roles for over a decade at JLL, LMW, Westpan and Opteon.
Richard will contribute valuable specialist expertise to clients across M3 Property’s portfolio in sectors such as Health and Aged Care, Industrial, Office, Residential Development, Retail and Specialised Assets. The firm also works with financiers, corporations, private investors and the government, providing services for institutional valuations; acquisition and disposal; balance sheet and financial reporting; portfolio valuations; financial valuations for mortgage lending; and consulting and advisory services.
The announcement follows the recent appointments of Ed Hine as Director of Commercial in NSW, and Anthony Schober as Director of Hotels & Leisure in Victoria.
