M3 Property announces the appointment of Sean Fox as Director, Rating & Taxation from 30 June. Sean will focus on activity across New South Wales while working closely with the firm’s national Rating & Taxation team.

Sean has decades of experience in the private and public sectors of Australia’s property industry, and most recently held roles at a major property company including as a director for valuations and advisory services.

“Sean brings a wealth of experience across general commercial matters, development, rating and taxation objections, and compulsory acquisitions, and his vast experience will be a valuable addition to the firm,” said Mr Jackson.

Across the private sector, Sean has experience in a number of valuation and property consultancy appointments including general mortgage and development finance valuations, compulsory acquisition valuations, statutory land value and land tax objection valuations. In the public sector, Sean’s experience includes land rezonings, land reclassifications, expressions of interest campaigns and land subdivisions. He is a certified valuer with the Australian Property Institute.
