Andrew prepares valuations and advice for financial reporting, mortgage security, acquisition/disposal, development feasibility, rental assessment, and other consultancy purposes for shopping centres, large format retail centres, standalone assets, CBD retail, and other retail/mixed-use developments (proposed or existing).
Andrew has over seven (7) years of experience in the property industry and commenced employment with M3 Property in 2017.
