Ben is an Associate Director in the Sydney office, working within the Specialised Assets team. He undertakes valuations and advisory of specialised assets nationally, with a particular focus on the New South Wales market.
Ben specialises in the valuation of childcare centres, service stations, marinas, boarding houses, and various additional specialised assets. Ben has experience undertaking reports for mortgage security, financial reporting, internal reporting, rental assessment, and retrospective valuations to name a few.
Prior to commencing with M3 Property, Ben worked as a RICS Registered Valuer in Ireland where he undertook valuations of various asset types for the likes of Bank of Ireland, Permanent TSB, Ulster Bank, Deutsche Bank, Dublin City Council, and Arthur Cox LLP.
Ben commenced employment with M3 Property in 2022.
