Brett is an Associate Director in the Specialised Assets team, providing valuations and advice for specialised assets including service stations, childcare centres, hotels, boarding houses and other accommodation assets within NSW.

Brett brings a diverse range of skill and experience to his role within M3’s Specialised Assets team. Having previously worked as a director specialising in alternative projects and government advisory and also as a commercial valuer, he is well positioned to provide strategic and bespoke advice to both public and private clients.

Having experience working within rental submissions, rental determinations, offer and acceptance due diligence, feasibility studies and other advisory work ranging from financial reporting of national parks to the acquisition of institutional industrial sites.

Brett has also been admitted to all major institutional bank panels as a commercial valuer, with experience in completing mortgage valuations in all major asset classes across Sydney Metro and its periphery coastal cities.

Brett commenced his employment with M3 Property in July 2023.
