Christopher is an Associate Director within the Health, Aged Care and Seniors Living team.
Christopher undertakes valuations in relation to medical, disability accommodation, retirement, land lease communities and aged care with a focus on going concern valuations on existing and proposed projects. Christopher specialises in the valuation of portfolios and individual properties for financial reporting and first mortgage security purposes, together with providing extensive market and demographic studies.
Since graduating from Western Sydney University in 2016, Christopher started working in valuations specialising in the heath, aged care and seniors living sector. Christopher received his Certified Practicing Valuer certification mid 2020.
Christopher re-joined M3 Property in June 2025, having originally commenced his valuation career with the business from May 2021 to February 2024.
