Ethan is an Associate Director working within the Melbourne Residential Development Team.
Responsibilities include providing consultancy and valuation advice of residential development projects across Metropolitan Melbourne. Such projects include apartment and townhouse developments, in addition to land subdivision in outer growth corridors and regional locations.
Ethan has been involved in valuations for various purposes including construction funding, statutory assessments, litigation and advisory work for acquisitions.
Ethan commenced employment with M3 Property in 2015 while studying a Property Valuation degree at RMIT University. He initially worked as a valuation analyst in the Residential Development, Litigation and Acquisition team prior to a specific focus on work within the Residential Development sector.
