Harry is an Associate Director within the Litigation and Acquisition Team in Victoria. Harry is responsible for property valuation advice and consultancy work for an array of matters, primarily focusing on compulsory acquisition, loss on sale/financial loss claims, feasibility advice and valuations for sale and purchase.
Harry has experience in advising Private and Government clients in respect of compulsory acquisition matters throughout Metropolitan Melbourne and Regional Victoria.
Prior to his commencement at M3 Property, Harry had experience in the field of rating and taxation, undertaking municipal valuations for several municipalities in Regional Victoria including, Wodonga Council, Rural City of Wangaratta, Indigo Shire, Strathbogie Shire, City of Benalla and Alpine Shire Council.
