Hugh is an Associate Director within M3 Property’s Rating & Taxation team, bringing over a decade of experience in the valuation profession.
He possesses extensive expertise in the delivery of statutory valuation services for local government
authorities throughout Victoria, in addition to projects undertaken in South Australia and Tasmania.
Hugh has played a key role in the management and delivery of General Revaluations, statutory valuation objection proceedings and valuation advice relating to the acquisition and disposal of government assets.
Hugh also has significant experience in overseeing financial reporting requirements for local government asset portfolios and has contributed to the preparation of expert witness reports for valuation and litigation matters. His broad technical expertise enables him to provide strategic and practical valuation advice across a diverse range of property and statutory valuation assignments.
Hugh joined M3 Property in July 2026.
