Jack is an Associate Director based in our Adelaide office, with over 10 years’ experience in the property industry and broad expertise across both residential and commercial asset classes.
He has provided valuations for a variety of purposes including mortgage and refinance, mortgagee in possession, acquisition, private reporting and family law matters.
Jack also has significant experience in residential valuations, having worked extensively across metropolitan Adelaide, the Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale, and the Fleurieu Peninsula. His experience includes residential subdivisions, developments, and prestige properties.
In recent years, Jack has focused on commercial valuation, specialising in industrial, bulky goods, transport and logistics, office, and medical assets throughout the greater Adelaide region. His consultancy work also includes rental determinations, commercial development site assessments, and acquisition advice, including involvement in key infrastructure projects.
Jack joined M3 Property in July 2025.
