Jesse is a Director within the Rating & Taxation team, specialising in statutory valuations and navigating complex rating assessments nationally to support clients with property taxation outcomes.
With over 13 years’ industry experience, Jesse has worked extensively within the public sector, delivering statutory valuations, dealing with complex taxation matters and managing municipal contracts for the Valuer-General Victoria, particularly across high-growth areas in Southeast Melbourne. Jesse also brings broad experience in compensation assessments, development contributions, leading government projects, and valuations for acquisition and disposal.
Jesse has represented the Valuer General on a number of cases at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and provided expert evidence.
Jesse joined M3 Property in May 2026.
