Joel specialises in the industrial and office sectors (built form and development) within metropolitan Sydney and regional NSW.
He undertakes valuation and consultancy tasks for major financiers, corporations, syndicates, property funds, and high net worth individuals for a range of purposes including but not limited to first mortgage security, asset reporting, acquisition/disposal and internal decision-making.
Joel commenced employment with M3 Property in July 2015, and prior to this held roles at Savills, CBRE and HSBC Bank (Property & Credit Risk). Having commenced his valuation career in 2006, Joel became a qualified valuer as an Associate of the Australian Property institute in 2007.
