Jonathon is a Director within the Commercial Office team.

He has been a Chartered Valuer since 2017, successfully gaining his accreditation in Australia as a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) to work within the Commercial Practice Group providing valuation advice on a wide range of services including office, retail and industrial property types within Melbourne CBD and Metropolitan Melbourne.

Jonathon subsequently moved to London in 2018, where he had specialised as a Valuer for Shopping Centres at Cushman and Wakefield. The work was split between transactions, regular portfolio valuations and valuations for secured lending. Some of his valuation and consulting experience in the United Kingdom included: Westfield Shopping Centre, London; Intu Trafford Centre, Greater Manchester and more.

Since joining M3 Property in 2021, Jonathon has specialised in commercial property valuations for various purposes, including mortgage and financial reporting valuations, advisory, value adding strategies, and capital transactions for a diverse mix of clients.
