Joseph is an Associate Director within the Residential Development Team at M3 Property. Joseph has a wide breadth of understanding of the property industry having previously worked for a boutique commercial and industrial sales and leasing agency.
Joseph specialises in providing feasibility studies and consultancy advice primarily for residential projects including high rise apartments, mixed use development, apartment and townhouse projects.
Joseph has been involved in valuations for various purposes including construction funding, litigation matters and advisory work for acquisitions and divestments. Joseph has spent his life around property and naturally progressed to Valuations after completing his studies. Joseph joined M3 property in 2021 as a Valuation Analyst and was quickly promoted through the business.
