Katerina is an Associate Director within the Melbourne Health, Aged Care and Seniors Living team.
She specialises in Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and medical valuations with a national focus for advisory, mortgage security and financial reporting purposes.
Katerina also has significant experience in residential, commercial and industrial valuations, having worked extensively across the south-eastern and inner-city suburbs of Melbourne. Her property market experience includes mixed-use properties, development projects, off-the-plan and student accommodation.
Katerina commenced her employment at M3 Property in August 2025.
