Les is a Director within the Litigation and Acquisition Team. This work involves the preparation of expert reports (many retrospective) relating to compulsory acquisitions, rating and land tax appeals and litigation issues.

He also undertakes rental determinations on instruction from the Australian Property Institute, the Small Business Commissioner of Victoria and directly by the Parties. This work involves many unusual and specialised properties throughout Victoria with a specific emphasis on englobo land. Many of the assignments are undertaken on the basis that expert evidence may be required. Les has given evidence at VCAT, County Court, Supreme Court of Victoria and the Federal Court.

Les commenced his career in the Valuer General’s Office in 1977 qualifying as a valuer in 1981. Prior to commencing at M3 Property, Les spent 11 years in the Valuer General’s Office and two city real estate agencies.

Les commenced employment with M3 Property in 1988.
