Matthew Maruca

Matthew is a Director in the Residential Development team in the Sydney Office.

He undertakes valuations for asset reporting, acquisition and first mortgage security purposes.

He demonstrates knowledge throughout the Northern beaches, Eastern Suburbs, Upper and Lower North Shore, Sutherland Shire, Inner West and inner-city suburban areas for a large portfolio of property developers.

Matthew commenced his employment with M3 Property in June 2019.
