Michael is a Director in the Specialised Assets team.
He is responsible for valuation and consulting tasks involving a range of specialised assets inclusive of child care, tourist accommodation, student housing, service stations, car parking stations and sporting facilities for asset and financial reporting, mortgage security (existing and development), rental assessments and determinations. Such assignments include freehold, leasehold and going concern interests.
Michael has over 30 years’ experience in the property sector incorporating roles with government, financial and corporate institutions which has given him a broad and diverse skill set. Michael has extensive valuation and consulting experience in all areas of residential, commercial, retail and industrial real estate including CBD office buildings, motels/caravan park, portfolio valuations and rental valuations.
Michael commenced his property career in 1988 at the Land Titles Office and nine years later moved to the Valuer General’s Office. Prior to joining M3 Property in 2008, Michael spent two years as Associate Director at CBRE Adelaide and seven years as a Senior Valuer and Valuation Manager with Adelaide Bank Ltd.
