Throughout his career, Patrick has conducted valuations across a wide range of asset classes, with a particular focus on commercial and industrial property in the Melbourne metropolitan area and large regional centres around Victoria.
Patrick has worked with a diverse range of clients, including large corporate institutions, not-for-profits, government departments and individuals. He is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute.
