Penny is a Director in the NSW Specialised Assets team, with a focus on Hotels & Leisure Markets.
With over 13 years’ industry experience in the residential living sector across Australia and the UK, Penny has a background specialising in the valuation of assets within the Build to Rent (BTR), Co-Living, and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) sectors and has worked globally for some of the biggest property firms. She provides strategic valuation advice to a diverse client base, including leading banks, institutions, funds, developers and property companies.
Penny commenced employment at M3 Property in April 2025 and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), a RICS Registered Valuer, and an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI) – CPV.
